White Fillings

White fillings are a more natural looking and cosmetic alternative to silver amalgam fillings. They are glued to the tooth and so can help strengthen the tooth against fractures as well as taking away any grey shadows when you smile.

Crowns

When a tooth has become weakened it may be necessary to place a crown over the whole surface to protect it. After the dentist has prepared the surface of the tooth, an impression is taken and sent to a dental laboratory where the crown is fabricated. We work closely with our award-winning laboratory to provide well fitting, long lasting and beautiful crowns.

Bridges

Bridges are used to replace missing teeth. They can be made by placing a crown or a metal wing on an adjacent tooth. After discussion with the dentist, a decision can be made about which is the most appropriate choice for you.

Tooth Whitening

The easiest way to improve your smile and take away the years is to whiten the teeth. At W9 we offer both in surgery and home whitening treatments. It is safe and does not destroy the tooth surface.

Veneers

Veneers can be made of porcelain or white plastic filling material and they can be used to mask very dark staining and to realign the teeth.

Root Canal Treatment

Sometimes, if decay gets too close to or actually enters into the nerve of a tooth, then root canal treatment is needed to save the tooth. The procedure involves using very fine instruments to clean out inside the root of the teeth and then fill it up. Accuracy is very important in this procedure and, at W9, we use the latest in electronic canal instruments to ensure an excellent result. Usually, after root canal treatment, a crown is needed to protect the tooth from fracture.
